SOUTH:   $5 Off  For Virginia Tech Students at Motor Mile's "Mom 150"
Since 1872, the school now known as Virginia Tech has been a solid academic foundation in America.  Their motto, “Invent the Future,” is the same ideology Tom Mayberry had for the PASS Super Late Model touring series when he began it in 2001.  Now PASS is a leading sanctioning body for Super Late Model racing in the Northeast and Southeast alike.

This coming Friday through Sunday is commencement weekend at Virginia Tech University.  Just down the road, PASS is hosting its inaugural event at Motor Mile Speedway on Saturday, May 10th.  And now PASS is offering the stars of tomorrow at Virginia Tech to witness the stars of tomorrow in PASS with a discount coupon.

Any Virginia Tech student, whether he or she is graduating or not, will be offered $5 off the ticket price for the “Mom 150” Saturday night at Motor Mile Speedway.  College students need only to show their VT ID and they will be given the discount.

Commencement ceremonies will be held throughout Saturday  at Virginia Tech, but the final one should conclude around 4pm.  That would give students and/or family and friends plenty of time to make the short trek to Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, VA to catch all the racing, which begins at approximately 6:30pm.  The actual “Mom 150” for the lightning fast Super Late Models is scheduled to go green at 8:30pm.
