Booking a room while on the road:
Call the Choice Sports Desk at 877.240.AWAY (2929) and let them know where you want to go - use your handy Choice Hotels/PASS Savings Card and provide the PASS Discount Code.
The Choice Representative will look for a hotel that meets your specification regarding, price, location and close access to interstates.
You can also find a hotel while you are driving and pull off and call Choice Sports Desk at 877.240.AWAY (2929) from the parking lot and book it (if available) for the 15% discount. The discount is not available by calling the hotel directly.
Canceling a reservation is easy:
Most reservations have to be cancelled by 3pm the day of arrival. You can call the hotel direct or the Choice Sports Desk to assist you.
Do I need a Credit Card to Book a Room?
No Credit Card is needed to book a room, but if you do provide a credit card they will hold the room for you until 7am the next morning. This could be important to some of us with the racing hours that we keep.
